Delivery & Returns Policy

How much does delivery cost and how long will it take?

We have decided to keep things simple at present to  have ‘Free Delivery’  as ‘standard’ for items being delivered across the UK . Dispatch time is 4-6 days by artist/maker on receipt of order.

International delivery Items to either Europe, USA or Worldwide  cost will  differ according to location and will be advised by Artist or maker at time of purchase. (Please refer to individual product pages for full details)

Delivery times
Unless you’re having an item specially made or ordered, delivery is normally within 4- 6 working days or sooner in accordance with type of item and sellers own delivery terms. Please check product pages for more details. You will receive a confirmation email when the item has been despatched from the seller telling you when to expect the item.

If you want more information about delivery for a product that you’ve already ordered, please get in touch with the seller directly or contact our customer service team via our ‘contact us’ page .– we’ll be very happy to assist you.

Very occasionally, unavoidable factors can delay a parcel (bad weather or postal strikes, for example). If this happens the seller will let you know and, where possible and appropriate, will agree a revised delivery date with you. We do ask for your patience if this happens – we’ll be doing our best to sort it out for you. Once your order is on its way, the seller will be in touch again to let you know when you should expect it.

Delivery and promotions
If there are any discounts being offered on the goods being sold (such as 10% off), the reduction applies only to the price of the product being purchased and not delivery cost. Also, any free delivery offers apply only to ‘standard’ UK delivery only.

UK delivery of standard items
This is free (at time of launch – this may change over time) and is available 7 days a week

As we apply ‘Free Delivery’ to all UK delivered items we have taken this into account in the price of goods sold on a our website. There maybe times this will differ such as ‘express’ delivery or where items are v. heavy but in general we have taken the view that ‘free delivery’ keeps things simple and in that brings ‘happy customers’

UK Express Delivery

If you need an item/s quickly, ‘Tracked’ Next Day Delivery (to mainland UK addresses only) maybe possible   in agreement with the seller who will be organising the delivery of the item. They will provide a quote. Best advise is plan ahead to avoid need for ‘express’ delivery!

International delivery
International delivery is available on many products, and shown on the product page. Delivery costs are worked out according to the product’s size and weight, as well as where it’s going to.

Faulty Goods
In the rare event that items bought via Eclectic Mix website are faulty, firstly accept our apologies and secondly contact us by emailing to we will answer your queries as soon as possible. Returned goods need to go back to the seller and this will be confirmed at time of complaint as to whether the item comes to us at our office in Cambridge or direct to the seller  (as per Eclectic Mix  ‘Returns policy’ under ‘terms and conditions’ policy. Please note a receipt of items bought must be included with the item and return charges will apply. It should be noted that faulty items cannot be accepted back after 4 months from date of purchase.

Changing or Cancelling your Order
Changed your mind? No problem. The ‘Distance Selling Regulations’ protects people who buy online and want to cancel their orders. You have 14 working days from the day you received the goods to cancel orders without giving a reason. Should you wish to cancel your order, please notify us by email at ‘’. Please note on orders already sent out by the seller and already dispatched, no refund is possible until we receive the parcel back.
